Platform Enhancements July 2024

We are thrilled to bring you the latest updates and enhancements to your nuj platform experience. Our team has been hard at work to deliver features and improvements that will help you achieve your goals more efficiently. Below are the highlights of what’s new this month:


Update 1: Upcoming Periods for Adhoc Reporting

We have improved our reporting periods feature to better accommodate adhoc reporting needs:

Upcoming Reporting Periods

Users can now view upcoming reporting periods ahead of their official start date. This change ensures you can create adhoc returns to report changes within the required timescales without needing to request it from our support team.

Adhoc Returns Activation

While upcoming reporting periods will be visible, only adhoc returns will be active until the period officially opens. Other returns within the reporting period will be visible but inactive.


Update 2: Enhanced Connect Reporting for Investment Returns

To make it easier for you to understand investment performance, we have made some updates to the Investment Returns section of the Connect Reporting Module:

Growth Series

This existing page has been simplified and will now help you view the performance of each investment pathway in a growth of 10k graph.

Pathway Control

This new page takes the features removed from Growth Series and assists you in viewing which investment pathway performance (705.1) data has been submitted.


Update 3: New Quick Start Guides in Intercom

To further enhance your support experience, we are now adding quick start guides to Intercom. These guides complement our existing tooltips and tutorials, providing you with step-by-step instructions on key workflows. The first guide available covers our core workflow, walking you through how to upload files, review validations, and prepare your return for submission to APRA.


Update 4: Introducing the Form Builder Module

We are excited to introduce the new Form Builder icon to your Dashboard.

We are currently onboarding our first users in preparation for the September reporting period, which will allow the users to: effortlessly create APRA SDT Forms: Transforming source data into the required format with ease.

Features:

  • Smart Data Mapping: Automatically aligns source data with the appropriate fields in APRA SDT forms, minimising manual effort.

  • Anomaly Detection: Proactively identifies data inconsistencies for timely review and correction.

  • Seamless Data Updates: Facilitates swift updates to form data, ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness.

Benefits:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures forms meet APRA standards, significantly reducing the risk of submission errors.

  • Enhanced Efficiency: Substantially decreases the time spent on form preparation and submission.

  • Superior Data Quality: Enhances the quality of reported data through robust automated checks and balances.
